Treasury doubles long-end buybacks as bond stress eases and yields finally retreat
The Treasury said it will at least double liquidity-support buybacks for 10- to 30-year coupon securities beginning September 9, lifting the per-operation cap to at least $4 billion. Long yields fell immediately, easing the rate pressure that had tightened financial conditions and weighed on bitcoin and other risk assets.

UAE suspends Iran trade after missile fire, keeping Hormuz oil risks elevated
The UAE halted trade and financial transactions with Iran after renewed missile fire and fresh attacks around the Strait of Hormuz. With tanker traffic still far below normal, the move keeps oil, inflation and broader risk-aversion pressure firmly in bitcoin’s macro backdrop.

Clarity Act optimism lifts major crypto stocks ahead of September Senate test
Coinbase, Circle and Bullish outperformed as investors responded to fresh optimism from Senators Tim Scott and Cynthia Lummis and White House crypto adviser Patrick Witt on the Clarity Act’s path. The market is now focused on a September 15 procedural vote that could materially reduce U.S. regulatory uncertainty for digital-asset firms.

Bitcoin capitulation signals pile up, but VanEck says the bottom remains unconfirmed
VanEck says eight of its 12 bitcoin capitulation indicators are currently flashing, with all 12 having triggered at some point in the last three months. Even so, the firm says similar setups have historically produced only modest six-month returns, while miner stress and the still-young ETF bid argue against calling a clean bottom yet.

Everybody knows that everybody knows that the halving cycle and Uptober coincide this year. Bitcoin has done nothing for so long that it feels stupid to even express a view. With the treasury announcement today and gold rising back from the dead, I am thinking the time to buy bitcoin is now, not later. Pretty easy trade to risk manage. Below 60k it's wrong. Not investment advice.

Option leverage is good as IV is super low.

If it works, you hold until mid-October or sell at 78k/80k area.

The cat is out the bag.

Treasury has just announced doubling its buybacks for the long-end bonds.

This is basically QE Lite.

It's small size in relative terms, but its more about what this tells the market.

The treasury will intervene and continue to add liquidity to keep the bond market under control.

Dollar, bonds, all nosediving on this news.

All this does is make the path to Bitcoin even greater.

What you have to understand is that this train won't stop. It can't stop.

You need to own hard assets.

In the last 24 hours:

* The SEC released Regulation Crypto Assets

* The Treasury launched yield curve control

* The White House prepared for a meeting with top crypto execs to discuss tokenization and the Clarity Act.

Hard not to be extremely bullish both BTC and crypto right now ow.
