Warshβs Jackson Hole stance revives September Fed hike risk for Bitcoin markets
|
|
Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh used Jackson Hole to reinforce that inflation remains the priority and left the door open to rate hikes in the coming months. With the next inflation report arriving just before the September meeting, markets are again treating incoming price data as a key macro catalyst for risk assets.

Trumpβs Canada tariffs enter legal gray zone, extending inflation and growth uncertainty
|
|
A new Associated Press analysis says President Donald Trumpβs latest Canada tariffs rely on Section 338 of the 1930 Tariff Act, a power that has never been used or tested in court. The legal uncertainty adds another layer of risk to an already heated North American trade fight with potential implications for inflation, supply chains and growth.

Iran warβs six-month toll keeps oil elevated even as markets recover
|
|
Six months into the Iran war, AP reports the worst recession forecasts have not materialized, but the economic drag remains uneven and persistent. Oil is still roughly 20% above prewar levels, while higher fuel, travel and fertilizer costs continue to squeeze consumers and poorer import-dependent economies.

|
|
Russiaβs largest bank, Sber, plans to expand crypto-backed lending to include USDT and Ether alongside Bitcoin as collateral as the countryβs new crypto law takes effect. At the same time, Sber executives are signaling weak demand for the digital ruble, underscoring a split between market-led crypto adoption and state-backed CBDC ambitions.

Bitcoin miners decouple from BTC as AI infrastructure economics reshape sector
|
|
A new CryptoSlate analysis argues major listed miners are no longer trading as simple leveraged Bitcoin bets because AI and data-center contracts are changing their economics. Bitcoin rallied sharply in August, but most large U.S. miners still lagged, suggesting equity investors are now pricing power capacity and HPC execution as much as hash rate.

Elon's new company is private. These 3 tickers aren't.
The next Apple may already exist. Insider sources say Elon has spent two years building a secret device inside Tesla's facilities β one he claims will be "10x bigger than the largest product in history."
There's just one problem: the company is private, and unless you know Elon personally, you can't buy a single share. That was true until Guardian's research team found three public ticker symbols sitting in the launch supply chain.
You won't hear these names on CNBC β Wall Street hasn't published a word on the connection. But when the launch hits September 21, that quiet ends.
Some are already calling this the biggest opportunity since AI. For anyone who missed Apple before the iPhone, this may be a second look at that kind of setup.
10Y yield is now higher than when Bessent made his comment about bond buybacks. https://t.co/to0ENmYipJ

π¨ $16,743,000,000 is entering the system next week.
$4,243,000,000 from the Fed. $12,500,000,000 in Treasury buybacks.
This is stealth QE.
This is what Bitcoin has been front-running all month. https://t.co/CqhHeSiLdF

During this rally to $80 000, STH approached 15% average unrealized profit.
Their cost basis is currently estimated at around $70 100, making these the largest profits since July 2025.
This is a zone where profits start to heat up and make short-term holders more unstable.
Itβs no surprise to see price stall a bit around here.

This metric from glassnode is basically an on-chain volume profile, showing a heatmap of clusters where bitcoin supply was last moved.
The weight of the low 60ks cannot be overstated, just an enormous cluster of new buying of spot BTC that took place there. https://t.co/Rt8GF0Nffs

Global liquidity keeps making new highs.
Bitcoin doesn't.
That gap has closed every single time in history. https://t.co/8kZqQcYavV
