Senate’s crypto market structure window narrows as Clarity Act hits deadline crunch
The U.S. Senate still has not signaled whether it will move the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act before the August 7 recess. Negotiations remain live around illicit-finance, agriculture and ethics language, leaving three realistic paths: a last-minute cloture push, a short extension into next week, or a punt to a much tighter September calendar.

U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs log $626 million in three days
U.S.-listed spot bitcoin ETFs have taken in a net $626 million over the past three sessions, putting the group on pace for its strongest week since early May. The bounce matters because bitcoin has struggled to sustain rallies without a steady institutional bid, and analysts say several more positive sessions are needed to confirm a real turn in demand.

Low jobless claims keep September Fed hike risk alive before payrolls
U.S. initial jobless claims rose just 1,000 to 199,000, keeping the labor-market signal firmer than many recent growth scares suggested. At the same time, reports that Fed Chair Kevin Warsh would be willing to hike in September if inflation stays sticky leave Friday’s payrolls report as the next major macro trigger for bitcoin, yields and the dollar.

Coldcard wallet exploit may push bitcoin holders toward ETFs and custodians
Analysts at Cantor and FRNT say the Coldcard exploit could strengthen the case for regulated custody and spot bitcoin ETFs after self-custodied wallets were drained through a firmware flaw. The breach has hit at least 5,200 addresses and highlights how security failures can redirect flows from hardware wallets toward institutions.

AI storage winners stumble, reviving hopes of rotation back into bitcoin
SanDisk and Western Digital both sold off sharply after earnings because guidance failed to clear the market’s inflated AI expectations. For bitcoin watchers, the bigger signal is that money crowded into AI winners may finally be wobbling, reopening the case for rotation into crypto and gold.

Apple just secretly added Starlink satellite support to iPhones through iOS 18.3.

One of the biggest potential winners? Mode Mobile.

Mode’s EarnPhone already reaches 490M+ users that have earned over $1B, and that’s before global satellite coverage. With SpaceX eliminating "dead zones," Mode's earning technology can now reach billions more in unbanked and rural populations worldwide.

Their global expansion is perfectly timed, and investors like you still have a chance to invest in their pre-IPO offering at $0.52/share.

With their recent 32,481% revenue growth and newly reserved Nasdaq ticker, Mode is one step closer to a potential IPO.

Please read the offering circular and related risks at invest.modemobile.com. This is a paid advertisement for Mode Mobile’s Regulation A+ Offering.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.

The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.

You sold the 2022 bottom because the market "felt dead." Funding was negative, basis was under T-bills, CT was writing obituaries...

Then it skyrocketed printing a x8. Same signal just hit day 157 and the market feels dead again 👀 https://t.co/MWKBcONuMg

BREAKING: Putin has signed Russia's first comprehensive crypto law.

The Law on Digital Currencies and Digital Rights takes effect September 1, 2026.

What it does:

- Recognises digital currency as property
- Creates a licensed exchange market supervised by the Central Bank
- Sets up digital depositories to record who owns what
- Regulates mining, custody and digital financial assets

Retail investors must pass a knowledge test and are capped at 300,000 rubles (about $3,800) per platform each year. Qualified investors face no limit.

Only the largest and most liquid coins will be allowed to trade.

The Central Bank has said Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT currently meet that standard.

Crypto still cannot be used to pay for goods inside Russia. Banks can block suspicious transactions, and a 48-hour cooling-off period applies to wallet transfers.

Meanwhile the CLARITY Act is not on the Senate schedule, and the chamber leaves for recess in just 2 days.
