Iran widens Gulf attacks as tanker strike keeps Hormuz risk elevated
|
|
The U.S. and Iran continued exchanging attacks into a 10th day, with Iran also attacking a tanker in the strait and striking Bahrain and Kuwait. The widening conflict keeps shipping, oil and inflation risk elevated, reinforcing the geopolitical premium that can spill into yields and broader risk assets, including bitcoin.

White House ethics deal reopens Senate runway for landmark U.S. crypto bill
|
|
The White House has agreed to ethics language that had become the last major sticking point for the Senate’s Clarity Act negotiations, according to The Block. If bill text lands soon, the agreement could reopen the path to a Senate vote before the August recess and materially reduce U.S. regulatory uncertainty for digital assets.

One statistic really puts Bitcoin into perspective. 👀
Global financial assets are estimated at around $342T.
Bitcoin's market cap? Roughly $1.3T.
That's only about 0.4% of the global financial system.
Despite all the attention Bitcoin gets, it's still a relatively small piece of the bigger picture.
If adoption continues and Bitcoin captures a larger share of global assets over time, the upside could be significant.
We're still in the early chapters of a much bigger story.
Where do you think $BTC goes from here?

June was the weakest month on record for crypto ETFs, with more than $5 billion in net outflows. But July has completely flipped the script.
So far, we've already seen over $2 billion in net inflows, signaling that institutional demand is returning in force.
For context, last July was the strongest month ever for crypto ETF inflows, with more than $11 billion pouring into the market.
Momentum is building, sentiment is shifting, and capital is flowing back in.
Will history repeat itself?
