G7 orders 100 million barrel oil and diesel release to cool prices
|
|
G7 countries said they will release 100 million barrels of oil and fuel products in the coming weeks, with a front-loaded diesel release starting immediately. The move matters for Bitcoin because it targets one of the market’s biggest current macro risks: energy-driven inflation that can keep rates higher and tighten financial conditions.

Community bankers sue OCC over crypto trust charters granted to digital-asset firms
|
|
The Independent Community Bankers of America sued the OCC, arguing the regulator exceeded its authority by granting national trust charters to crypto firms. The case could complicate or delay a federal charter path that would let digital-asset companies expand custody and stablecoin services under lighter bank-like oversight.

Invest in the Future of Popcorn
Popsmith is reimagining popcorn for a new generation. With 100,000+ customers, $20M+ in lifetime revenue, and sales projected to reach $9M in 2026, the premium popcorn brand is expanding nationwide and raising capital for its next stage of growth.
$BTC investors that bought the top are currently selling.
Two cohorts sit underwater: buyers from 1–2 years ago at $97k, and from 6–12 months ago at $89k.
Those who bought the 2025 rally are selling the most coins per day this year. Those who bought the decline are not. https://t.co/cHAQoaqreT

Yep, STH are cashing out like there's no tomorrow😳
Their 7-day average realized profit has surged from $136M to $1B today.
BTC just fell from $87 100 to $83 800 in a few hours, a drop of almost 4%, as sharp as the rally that preceded it.
Moves like this are often driven by excess leverage.

🇸🇻HUGE: Bukele's Bitcoin nation just got $139 MILLION from the IMF, despite breaking the IMF's Bitcoin limit.
El Salvador, the first country to make Bitcoin legal tender, agreed to stop buying Bitcoin with government money as part of a $1.4 BILLION IMF loan.
But its Bitcoin holdings kept growing.
The IMF says the new coins came from private donations, and it waived the breach after El Salvador promised corrective steps.
Now the IMF says El Salvador shouldn't add any more Bitcoin beyond those donations.

We are living through a Bitcoin bear market unlike any we have seen before.
362 days after the all time high, Bitcoin is still trading well above the historical median of previous bear market cycles.
Are we witnessing the first major structural shift in Bitcoin’s traditional cycle behavior?
Or does this chart suggest there is still room for one final leg lower?
Historically, major bear market bottoms were formed between day 364 and day 405 after the cycle ATH.
We are entering that exact window now.
By November 2026, we should have a much clearer answer.

🇺🇸JUST IN: The bank lobby that fought the CLARITY Act is now SUING to stop crypto firms from getting federal trust bank charters.
The Independent Community Bankers of America sued the OCC, arguing it has no legal authority to grant national trust charters to crypto firms.
"Congress did not create the national trust charter as a side door into the banking system for crypto firms," says ICBA CEO Rebeca Romero Rainey.
The OCC has cleared trust charters for crypto firms including Coinbase, Circle and Crypto(.)com, as well as Trump-linked World Liberty Financial.
The OCC says it does not comment on litigation.
